1. General Use
- Universal Cabs provides taxi services including airport transfers, suburb-to-suburb travel, maxi taxi bookings, wheelchair-accessible taxis, and corporate/FIFO transport.
- By using our service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
- All services are subject to driver and vehicle availability.
2. Bookings & Confirmations
- Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through our 24/7 support team.
- All bookings will be confirmed by SMS, email, or phone call.
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide accurate details, including pickup location, time, and destination.
3. Fares & Payments
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type (sedan, SUV, maxi taxi, or wheelchair taxi).
- Fixed fares are available for pre-booked airport transfers.
- Payments can be made in cash, card, or through approved digital payment methods.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, baby capsule hire, and extra luggage.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 2 hours before pickup will not incur a fee.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may attract a cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for “no-show” passengers.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
- Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are not permitted inside vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings; Universal Cabs accepts no liability for lost items.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in repair charges.
6. Special Services
- Wheelchair-Accessible Taxis – Must be pre-booked to guarantee vehicle availability. These taxis are equipped with ramps and mobility support for a safe and comfortable ride.
- Baby Capsules & Child Seats – Available upon request for families traveling with infants or toddlers, subject to availability.
- Maxi Taxis – Suitable for groups, FIFO workers, or extra luggage. Advance booking is recommended to secure one.
- Airport Transfers (Perth Airport & Virgin Terminal) – Fixed-fare, 24/7 service for domestic and international flights.
- FIFO Worker Transfers – Reliable and punctual transfers tailored for fly-in fly-out schedules.
- Hospital & Medical Appointment Transfers – Comfortable and on-time rides to clinics and hospitals across Perth suburbs.
- Corporate Transfers – Professional and punctual service for business travelers and corporate clients.
- Private Family Transfers – Spacious sedans and SUVs for family trips, with baby capsules if required.
- Taxi Courier Service – Secure parcel delivery across Perth suburbs, with real-time updates on drop-off.
- Suburb-to-Airport Taxis – Coverage from Fremantle, Rockingham, Mandurah, Joondalup, Midland, Cannington, and all Perth suburbs.
- SUV & Premium Vehicles – Modern, comfortable vehicles for private rides and long-distance transfers
7. Delays & Liability
- While we strive for punctuality, Universal Cabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other events beyond our control.
- Passengers are advised to book airport transfers with sufficient time before their flight.
- Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the journey.

- Passenger information is collected solely for booking and service purposes.
- We do not share personal details with third parties except as required by law.
